Poco a poco! Would love to know which tools you use to remind/track frequency.
I usually go one of two ways. I have a spreadsheet where I track time spent on things and I keep a notebook where I have a checkbox to keep it binary (eg did I do it or not?). What about you?
Currently using Google tasks but have previously found useful both Evernote, Google spreadsheet and coach.me app
